Overview


On this page, you can choose between two primary marketing goals: Free Booking Links and Drive Booking.


Free Booking Links: Enable free booking links on Google’s hotel booking module to drive exposure and direct sales for the website.

Drive Bookings: Opting for this goal allows you to leverage Google Performance Max and more Metasearch Channels to drive bookings. After launching your marketing campaign, you'll be required to pay a deposit. Invoices for this service will be generated monthly.


Additionally, on this page, you can manage your Commission Rate. This is particularly relevant for Drive Bookings, where you can adjust the commission rate to align with your business objectives and revenue goals. Furthermore, you can track the number of Bookings directly from this page, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.



Current Status

The current status reflects the goal defined by your account type:

  • If you selected Specify Later when you claimed your hotel, this page will display Not Set. This means that your marketing goal still needs to be defined, and you should set it as soon as possible to ensure your functionality is activated.
  • If you have a Free Booking Links (FBL) account, your goal will be listed as "FBL." You can change your marketing goal from this section if needed, but remember that changes might affect your ad performance in a short time.


  • If you have a Drive Bookings account, this section provides an option to adjust your commission rate. It also allows you to view your bookings under "Ready for Reconciliation," where you can track all the bookings generated through your campaigns. Make sure to set an appropriate commission rate to avoid any issues with billing or service continuity.


Change Marketing Goal

To change your marketing goal, click on Change in the Current Status section, choose your desired goal, and then click Launch Now. If you’re switching from Free Booking Links to Drive Booking, be sure to set up a commission rate for the latter.


Keep in mind that altering your marketing goal frequently is not advised. Such changes can result in traffic loss due to delays in updating both online and offline ads.

Your implementation status is outlined below the "Status" section. This area provides a clear overview of where you are in the process and what steps have been completed. To continue to the next phase, make sure all the previous steps have been successfully finished.


Below is a breakdown of the conditions for each step. Following these guidelines will help ensure a smooth transition from one stage to the next, facilitating a successful overall implementation.

Goal Set Up

Once you've set up your account, and set your marketing goal when you onboarding,  this step should already be completed, indicating that the goal setup and payment processes are done. If not, please re-submit it.

Ads Generation

The Ads Generation shows the status of your ad implementation, It takes about a week for your ads to be generated, set up, and published on the channels.

Our system handles everything in the process based on the information that you provide, including generating ad copy, creating campaigns, and automatically publishing them.

This step is considered complete when there is at least one impression (impression>0) after the goal setup date.


Step 2 - Ads generation


Ads Optimization (Drive Bookings Only)

This step indicates that your ads are receiving impressions, which means they are being displayed to your target audience. It takes about 14 days to start seeing conversions, such as users engaging with your ads, visiting your website, or making bookings.


Once you get at least one booking (when booking > 0), your campaign will move to the next step in the process. This transition is a sign that your ads are not only being viewed but also leading to actual customer engagement and business growth.


Step 3 - Ads Optimization


Keep Tracking

This step signifies that your ad campaigns are active, and our system is constantly tracking their performance. 


This means your ads are visible to your target audience, and the system is gathering data on various metrics like impressions, clicks, and conversions. If there are any issues or if the ads are not performing as expected, the system can quickly alert you, allowing for timely adjustments.

Service Suspended

If you're a Drive Bookings user, note that if you fail to pay your bill on time, the service will be suspended. Please ensure timely payment to keep your ads running.


To avoid this disruption, please ensure your billing information is up-to-date and make payments on time. If you encounter any issues with payment, contact our support team for assistance to prevent interruptions in your ad campaigns. Keeping your account in good standing ensures your ads continue to attract customers and drive bookings for your business.
