Overview

Welcome to the user guide for the hotel profile page dashboard! This dashboard is super easy to use and allows you to upload your hotel's information, logo, and contact details. It is recommended that you provide as much information as possible to improve the performance of the PMax campaign.


Introduction to the Forms

Basic Information

Please enter the details of your official website, and if you have more than one region and language, you can click Add another to add your other website.

 

Label

In this section, you select your hotel's Stars, Rooms, ADR, Categories, and Amenities for your hotel. This will help guests understand the unique offerings of your hotel.


Location

Location details: Here, you can access the address and geographic coordinates of your hotel. This data is essential for Metasearch channels to index your hotel accurately. Once you create your hotel account, these details are pre-populated and cannot be altered unless there is an indexing error.

Image

The Image: This section allows you to upload captivating images of your hotel, including rooms, facilities, and common areas. Visuals play a significant role in attracting potential guests, so make sure to showcase the best your hotel has to offer.

You can select the category of your image: the Landscape, Square, or Portrait. 



Contact

Share Your Contact Info: Use the Contact Information section to input your hotel's contact details, including Phone Numbers for Public, Phone numbers for Business, and email addresses. 

Logo

Add your logo: In the Logo Upload section, you can easily upload your hotel's logo. Just click the Upload to select the logo file from your device and upload it to the dashboard.  Your logo will be displayed on your profile page and helps in creating a professional and recognizable image for your hotel.
